Popular things to do in Porto Colom include boat trips, snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking in calm conditions. The surrounding area is also good for scenic drives and gentle exploring, with vineyards, rural lanes and traditional towns inland. Felanitx, Santanyí and the hilltop Sanctuary of Sant Salvador are worthwhile outings, while Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach are reachable for a classic east-coast day trip.

Porto Colom is a good choice for couples, families and independent travellers looking for a peaceful Majorcan holiday with beaches, harbour views and a slower pace. If you want big nightlife or a packed resort centre, it may feel too quiet, but for a relaxed seaside stay with an authentic edge, it is a very appealing option.
