The Channel Islands offer an easy-to-reach holiday with a distinctive character of their own, sitting in the English Channel close to the French coast. Food is a real highlight across the islands, with local seafood, crab, lobster, dairy produce, Jersey Royal potatoes and relaxed harbourfront dining all part of the experience.
