The Old Town suits relaxed drinks and dinner, while the seafront and Puerto Banús offer a more glamorous nightlife scene, including cocktail bars, late-night venues and marina-side people-watching.

Popular things to do include boat trips from the marina, coastal walks, shopping in the centre or Puerto Banús, and day trips to nearby places such as Málaga, Mijas or Ronda. Golf is also a major draw in the surrounding area, with several courses within easy reach. With beaches, history, restaurants and day-trip options all close together, Marbella is a versatile Costa del Sol holiday choice for travellers who want comfort, sunshine and variety.
