There are several worthwhile places to visit nearby. The Maa-Palaeokastro archaeological site, close to Coral Bay, gives a small but interesting insight into the area’s ancient history. The Sea Caves and the coastline around Peyia are popular for scenic drives and sunset views, while the Akamas Peninsula is within reach for nature, walking trails and boat trips, particularly around the Blue Lagoon area. Paphos town is also easy to visit for its harbour, archaeological park, shops and wider range of restaurants.
